  • In Isita it is not possible to make returns.

    Our products can be exchanged for another item (of the same or higher price than yours) within 14 days after the package has been received. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    It must also be sent in the original packaging, as far as possible, and in any case packed as it arrived, in the best conditions and in a safe way. We will not be able to guarantee the exchange of a product that was sent poorly packaged.

    Some products do not fall within this policy. Those perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged.

    For any change you must first contact us.

    All our shipments are accompanied by a label. To exchange your product, you must pack the package as well as possible, affix the label and take it to a DHL service point office. If, on the other hand, you prefer that they come to pick up the package at your home, write to us at

    Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale or sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Damage, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

  • If during the shipment the product has been damaged, broken, etc., we will offer you a return and the consequent refund of your money. In any case, you must accompany your request with photos that prove the damage to the product.

    If you prefer, we will send you a new one, and if it is a unique piece, we will exchange it for another product or a voucher. Otherwise, you can request a refund.

    We will only replace or refund items if they are faulty or damaged in transit. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not fall under this policy.

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
