Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain.

We process orders Monday through Friday.

Orders are processed within 24 business hours from the time of purchase and are shipped the same day or the next day after being processed.

We do not ship on weekends, holidays or specific dates.

We automatically send purchase confirmation and notice when the order has been shipped.

All of our shipments are made through DHL's Go Green program, insured and traceable.

When will I receive my order?

Once you place your order, it will be delivered to you in approximately:

- 24 hours for shipments to Spain and Portugal

- between 3 and 7 business days to Europe

- more than 7 days to Greece

- 12-20 business days in the United States

- 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location)

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

On the Isita website, the currency available for payment is the euro. If there are customs in your country, you may have to pay the duties and/or taxes once you receive your order or arrive at its final destination. This situation is determined by the local customs office. Isita is not responsible for the payment of these charges and taxes. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
